Welcome to the Greensboro Race Series
We are back and we plan to bring it even bigger in 2013. We are excited to welcome new races and new sponsors and have some great giveaways for the races and at packet pickup.

The goal of the Greensboro Race Series is to highlight the area’s best events and reward runners who support those events. The 2013 series races are the perfect mix of events and distances. [check out the schedule]
We want to encourage people to participate regardless of their finishing times. Everyone is encouraged to enter the minimum number Greensboro Race Series events and qualify to attend the end of year banquet.
Series Awards
You don’t have to be fastest kid on the block to get an award. Simply complete 6 of the races and you are invited to the series banquet you’ll get a custom podium long sleeve shirt from Brooks Sports. We will also reward the Top 3 with cold hard cash and it doesn’t stop there, we are awarding points 3 deep in age groups 20-70+. We have over $12,000 to award to series winners. To qualify for awards you MUST complete 6 GRS events. Also, if you complete 6 events you get a free GRS Brooks Podium long sleeve shirt! So you must participate in 6 to win age group or overall awards but even if you are not an award winner, participate in 6 events and grab a cool shirt and a pair of socks (and hob nob at the end of year banquet)!
